Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

  Securely pack your Qure™ device and accessories in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
